Il Video Rende Felici. Videoarte in Italia
Il Video Rende Felici. Videoarte in Italia curated by Valentina Valentini is an exhibition that unfolds across two spaces, the Palazzo delle Esposizioni and the Galleria d’Arte Moderna in Rome (Italy). The subject of the exhibition is the production of video art and artist cinema in Italy from the late 1960s to the new century.
This project consists of two distinct design phases:

The first phase aims to redesign the visual identity of the exhibition with the goal of making it more appealing to a young audience. Videoart emerged in the 1970s, utilizing the screen as a significant expressive medium. The logo's reference is drawn from the typical screens of that era, thus evoking the historical context in which this art form originated.

An application for smartphones has also been designed, allowing users to delve deeper into the artworks through the voices of the artists and, more broadly, the exhibition. The application will also enable users to apply a filter to their camera for taking photos in the exhibition's unique style.
------------------------------------------------------------------
The main phase is focused on creating a video that narrates the story through visual communication, intended to enhance the visual consumption of the audio podcast content from interviews with "artist voices." The video will examine some of the artworks exhibited at the Palazzo delle Esposizioni, highlighting their transformations in terms of installation format in their dialogue with space and technological devices.
